First, the keywords and issues/features are selected. We conduct hearings with the clients as to the purpose of the research and what to expect from the results, and we carefully select the keywords since the result varies widely depending on the selected keywords.

Next, selected keywords and issues/features will be entered into the system, and related data will be extracted. This process will take about 1-2 weeks.

Once the data is cleaned, an access key that is kept online will be sent to the clients. Now, online data is available for creating the charts and downloading.
